repetition
how i got the idea at first was honestly i was thinking of spider man and then thought of a brick wall and how it has so many squares coming together but have a bit of gap and i thought of that and did it with different type of shapes
3 letters and word
The reason I picked these 3 letters was because to me these 3 letter seem to be the most different letters and can tell if the letter is a lower case letter or capital letter. As for the word the reason I picked the word was because it was the first thing I thought of when I was told that we have to add a word along side these 3 letters. What these drawing that I have drawn taught me is that how different and unique each and one of these fonts can be. The fonts the I choose was Rockwell for the G Baskerville for the U and Garamond for the R. As for the letter I choose Bondi font. By using these different fonts I started to notice the differences each font have.
I like how the form of repetition involves various types of shapes and sizes. This creates a great contrast amongst each other developing a good abstract drawing.
ReplyDeleteI like how you used two different types of shading and this shows repetition of texture with the way you use similar shapes to create. I really like this design and the way it's not showing a single direction and makes the viewer think about depth.
